Windsor Laboratories on Particle Size of the Grain
We have documentation from Windsor Labratories that state two very important facts
-After crushing corn, the largest particle size contained all the Germ Pouches
-After crushing the corn, there were no cells that were destroyed.
These two facts explain why the shelf life of the crushed products is signficantly longer than the normal grains without being processed. This also is the reason crushed grains do not have to be processed which is key to the health benefits and its ability to maintain it's God given nutrients.
