Documentation & Studies

We are currently involved with various organizations, both for-profit and not-for-profit, to begin building documentation of what we already know to be true.  Remember, the Bihncrusher is recently patented as well as the process therefore the only documentation on the grains run through the Bihncrusher are on this website.  You cannot compare our grains with any grains run through another system.  We do not destroy cells and therefore all our products are as natural as the farmer can raise them.  This includes both the food products and the feed products.  You can find information on what is currenlty being done with grains through other systems, but as the patent suggests, we are unique in our quest to create a healthier life style and diet for both people and animals alike.

Windsor Laboratories on Particle Size of the Grain

 We have documentation from Windsor Labratories that state two very important facts
-After crushing corn, the largest particle size contained all the Germ Pouches
-After crushing the corn, there were no cells that were destroyed.

These two facts explain why the shelf life of the crushed products is signficantly longer than the normal grains without being processed.  This also is the reason crushed grains do not have to be processed which is key to the health benefits and its ability to maintain it's God given nutrients.  Click here to see the documentation.

m Analytic Results on Wheat Nutrition According to Particle Size

Here is the documentation on wheat and the nutrition that is each of the first three particle sizes.  Each size is a different Micron size which means there are different uses for each size.  Also  understand that because there are no broken cells, the procduct will not turn rancid.  The other huge benefit is that since the two proteins Glutenin and Gliadin are not introduced to oxygen(the cells are not broken open), Gluten cannot form according to Paula Figoni's book" How Baking Works" pg. 136.

Brookside Laboratories Results on Corn Nutrition - updated 6/23/15

The following report from Brookside Laboratories shows the nutrition in each corn size after crushing it in the Bihn Crusher.  It is important to note that each crush the corn is put through consists of two consecutive rolls of different size which is one crush  We ran the #3s and #4s back through a second crush to see if we could affect  the nutritional make up of each size.  Remember that we have four screen sizes in our sieve so the #1s will be the smallest size and #4's will be  the largest size. Brookside Laboratories Results on Wheat Nutrition - updated 6/23/15

The following reports from Brookside Laboratories show the nutrition in each wheat size after crushing it in the Bihn Crusher.  It is important to note that each crush the wheat is put through consists of two consecutive rolls of different size which is one crush.  We ran the #3s and #4s back through a second crush to see if we could affect the nutritional make up of each size.  We have four screen sizes in our sieve so the #1s will be the smallest size and the #4s will be the largest size.  If you look at differences between the first and second crushes you will see the protein levels of the #3s and #4s really jump up on the second crush.

Corn versus Wheat - updated 6/23/15

With the Bihncrusher's cutting edge technology in processing grains, wheat now becomes a viable option to feed animals without having to worry about the grain going rancid in a few days.  We have taken some wheat and corn to Brookside Laboratories to have a comparison test done between the two to see what the advantages and disadvantages are between the two grains.  Click here to see the documentation we have found.
